In addition to having full service manufacturing capabilities (including packaging, laminating, and ultrasonic welding) the company owns several patents on their core products which provide a practical alternative to Neoprene. The company has received numerous awards for its achievement in manufacturing, entrepreneurship and exporting from Earnest and Young, the Small Business Administration and others. For more than 2 years, S:F has worked with AccuMED in business development, setting up more than 50 major companies, including Milliken, Perry Ellis, Henry Schein, and Bacou-Dalloz. In addition, S:F developed a new go-to-market and organizational strategy, including the creation of several Business Unit Manager positions for each vertical. Finally, S:F has advised on all aspects of AccuMED's capital strategy, including a $22million fundraise in 2006 that enabled the company to complete a management buy-out. S:F has helped set up a partnership with Wachovia and has established relationships with more than 30 major companies, including Sanofi Aventis, Willis, AON, Towers-Perrin, and Arthur J. Gallagher. Tangerine Wellness is Chaired by Senator Bill Bradley and was recently featured in the Wall Street Journal and on Good Morning America.

T-Ink (www.T-Ink.com) is an innovative conductive ink technology company with proven commercial applications for its products in the consumer and industrial markets. T-Ink's patented Thinking Ink® technology incorporates "Invisible Sensors and Electronics" that completely replace switches, wires, buttons, speakers, lights, batteries, and chips with printed ink. S:F has been retained to develop joint ventures and strategic partnerships in new verticals. We have set up partnership discussions with more than 23 major companies, and signed several major partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies.
Seed Media Group
Led by Donna Graham, S:F has advised Seed Media Group (www.SeedMediaGroup.com) on the launch of its unique science magazine and digital network with a focus on business development and sales. S:F has helped in closing major advertising clients such as Intel, Discovery Networks, and the History Channel, bringing in $600,000 in revenue.
Nimeral Agricola
Agricola Consulting GmbH and Nimeral Ltd. are scientific companies based in Germany. Together with related parties, they have developed and own the technology, know-how, patents, and rights for a new, considerably more efficient and environmentally friendly family of processes related to the production of copper. The process, which has received validation from a leading engineering firm, has been developed and is in the process of commercialization. S:F has been retained to help the management team, which includes the current president of the International Copper Association as the Chairman, raise financing and bring the company’s patented processes to market.
Global Dynamic Group
Global Dynamic Group (www.globaldynamicgroup.com) helps connect governmental and corporate partners to facilitate international business. Currently, GDG is focused on facilitating foreign investment in the People’s Republic China. GDG has cultivated, planned, and executed political and business engagements for high level elected officials and corporate leaders in both the U.S. and China, including President Bill Clinton’s last trip to China. S:F has been retained by GDG to help identify groups interested in entering the Chinese market through foreign direct investment.
SheFinds
SheFinds (www.shefinds.com) is an online media company that provides fashion and style content for busy, professional women. The company is lead by Michelle Madhok, former head of all editorial content, including women's content, at AOL and one of the people responsible for the creation of CBS' online properties. S:F was engaged by SheFinds in April 2007 to help the company raise capital to fuel growth and develop new strategic alliances.
BioMolecular Products
BioMolecular Products, Inc. (www.biomolecularproducts.com) is a research and development company founded in 1984 by Dr. David Yesair. BMP currently owns a portfolio of 7 U.S. patents, 44 international patents, and one patent pending surrounding the lipid-based technology Lym-X-Sorb. Lym-X-Sorb is a novel lipid matrix that can improve the absorption of nutritional and pharmaceutical substances. The technology has completed a human clinical study at the HopitalSainte JustinePediatric ResearchCenter and is currently in clinical studies at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. S:F has been retained to help the owners of BMP sell the company to a strategic acquirer who can integrate BMP’s patents into their existing portfolio.

Slooh
Slooh (www.slooh.com), the award-winning online destination for live astronomy, whose partners include the Discovery Channel, has been a strategic and business development client for over a year and a half. S:F has identified and structured several partnerships, including with AOL. Charles Seely serves on the Board of Directors of Slooh.
Scanbuy
Scanbuy (www.scanbuy.com), a Red Herring Top 100 Company North America 2006 and Fortune Magazine Top 25 Breakout Company 2005, enables camera phones to capture and immediately decode printed or electronically displayed barcodes. S:F has advised Scanbuy for nearly 3 years, recruiting the advisory board and the CEO (ex-senior executives of Fortune 100 companies), and helping raise the penultimate round of capital. Scanbuy recently closed a financing of $9 million and announced global partnerships with Nokia and Du Pont packaging. Charles Seely has served on the Advisory Board since early 2004.
